Just a deck, or a full room addition.

Project Completion

After many years of debate the homeowners decided to follow through with their home addition plans. Initially their thoughts were for only a deck. After reviewing options, cost, usefulness and value they opted to add a four season room addition with a deck to the side.

The room addition features a lot of window area, including gable windows. In an addition with this many windows we always encourage clients to upgrade their insulation for the most comfort. In this project we used blown in fiberglass insulation in the walls, floor and ceiling. A charming gas fireplace was installed and trimmed with natural stone and a moderately rustic hearth and mantel. The room also includes tile flooring which goes from the door of the room addition in through the existing dining room for a seamless transition.
