Project Concept
Build a four season room addition to fit within the confines of a very tight back yard.
Project Completion
We started by designing their ideal room addition and then we scaled it to fit within the confines of the backyard. The final size end up being 16 feet wide by 18 feet out. The new space incorporated Anderson windows and a Heat & Glo 8000 gas fire place. The existing home siding was no longer available, James Hardie siding was chosen for it’s style and durability. Shakes installed on the gable end added style and architectural appeal. The interior was finished with natural stone around the fire place, prefinished hardwood floors, Ralf Lauren accent paint, recessed lights, and rope lights above for ambiance.
