The homeowners expressed their need for a central place for family gatherings.

Project Completion

This room addition measures 16ft. x 16ft, one of the most popular dimensions, and if constructed properly will be comfortable your round. After a few years of living at the Prior Lake home, the homeowners decided they needed a central place for family gatherings. The addition of a 4 season porch would meet their needs. We finished the addition with many beautiful and functional features that would also compliment the existing home. Some features include; a gas fireplace that’s enhanced with a natural stone facade, a slate hearth and a custom-made mantle. All the windows and doors feature transom windows. The ceiling has recessed lighting, covered with beadboard and faux beams to give it that craftsmen look.
