Add space to this home that would get approval from the city and town home association.
Project Completion
After being settled in for several years in this Burnsville MN town home owners decided that they needed more space but didn’t want to go through the process of selling their home. After the initial consultation we went to the board of the town house association to find out their options/restrictions for expansion. The only option that would meet approval was to add on to the back side of the home. Aspen Remodelers designed a two story addition for the home that included a spare bedroom, a den and a deck. The plan was submitted to the city and the association for approval. after the approval was given construction was started the plan also included Pella windows and doors’ in floors heat and a vaulted ceiling and several years later we remodeled their kitchen that is featured on our kitchen page.
