Make over this home with lots of potential. Originally finished with bland decorative style and substandard material and give it the curb appeal that it deserves.
Project Completion
Planning this exterior make over involved an architect and three designers, giving the client varied style choices. After a style was chosen we then generated a 3D rendering to further help the client make decisions for siding colors, cultured stone designs and shakes. The porch ceiling was replaced with tongue and groove boards, faux beams added and the narrow columns were replaced more substantial columns. The railing was custom fabricated by a local iron shop and we completed the look by trimming it out with crown molding. The new style garage doors, lighting and addition of cultured stone to the facade added a lot of richness and enhanced the details of the homes exterior.

Take this typical 1950s Bloomington rambler and give it a fresh new look and make it more energy efficient.
Project Completion
Given choices of energy efficient siding and windows the client decided on custom Vynalite brand windows and Prodigy siding. The Vynalite windows have user friendly hardware and have earned the Good Housekeeping Seal and Energy Star rating. The Prodigy brand siding has a wider than typical exposure and a very realistic appearance. The siding also has insulation adhered directly to the back making it more efficient than traditional siding. Cultured stone completed the style desired and seamless gutters were installed for proper run off. After the project was completed the client has commented several times that there home is noticeably quieter and much more energy efficient.
